Then the weekly rate is \u20ac200 less than the usual rate. The minimum booking time is 2 days. You will receive an invoice for it in your email. The deposit is 30 % of the total rental price. The remaining balance of the booking must be paid by a separate invoice no later than 30 days before the start of the booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the booking, the booker is required to pay the full rental price. If the booking starts in less than 14 days, the full rental price will be billed at once (no separate deposit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High season rates (Easter, Midsummer, winter holidays in Finland, Christmas, New Year) \u20ac1 100\/week or \u20ac700\/Fri\u2013Sun\u00a0 &#8211; Year 2025 the following: Finnish winter holidays 17 February &#8211; 9 March; Easter 17-22 April; Midsummer 19-22 June; Christmas 22-28 December; New Year 29 December-1 January 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High summer season (23 June\u201317 August, 2025) \u20ac1 000\/week or \u20ac550\/Fri\u2013Sun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other times \u20ac850\/week or \u20ac480\/Fri\u2013Sun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices may vary e.g. during events in the nearby area.
