Prices & Booking

You can rent the whole house or just the downstairs, in which case the upstairs bedrooms will not be at your disposal. The weekly rate is then €200 less than the usual rate.

The minimum booking time is 2 days. Rates for 24-hour reservations or bookings exceeding 7 days can be negotiated separately.

Your reservation starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 12 noon, or at 2 p.m. on weekends.

Ask the owner about available dates by email (we will reply within 24 hours), by phone, or via WhatsApp.

You can see the booking calendar on the Lomarengas booking site. If you book directly with the owner, the price is lower.

The booking is confirmed after you have paid the deposit. You will receive an invoice by email. The deposit is 30% of the total rental price.

The remaining balance must be paid by a separate invoice no later than 30 days before the start of the booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the booking, the full rental price must be paid.

If the booking starts in less than 14 days, the full rental price will be invoiced at once, with no separate deposit.

Prices

• High season: €1,100/week or €700/Fri–Sun
• High summer season: €1,000/week or €550/Fri–Sun
• Other times: €850/week or €480/Fri–Sun

Prices may vary, for example during events in the nearby area. Please ask the owner for the exact price for your preferred dates.

Additional services

• Bed linen: €20/person
• Pet fee: €50/animal
• End cleaning when ordered at the time of booking: €200
• You can also do the final cleaning yourself. Instructions are available at the house.
