Prices and booking
You can rent the whole house or just the downstairs, in which case the upstairs bedrooms will not be at your disposal (doors locked). Then the weekly rate is €200 less than the normal rate. The minimum booking time is 2 days. Rates for 24-hour reservations or for bookings exceeding 7 days can be negotiated separately.
Ask the owner about available dates either by email (we will reply within 24 hours), by phone, or by a WhatsApp message.
You can see the booking calendar at Booking.com website. If you book directly from the owner, the price is lower.
The booking is confirmed after you have paid the deposit. You will receive an invoice for it in your email. The deposit is 10 % of the total rental price. The remaining balance of the booking must be paid by a separate invoice no later than 14 days before the start of the booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the booking, the booker is required to pay the full rental price. If the booking starts in less than 14 days, the full rental price will be billed at once (no separate deposit).

- High season rates (Easter, Midsummer, winter holidays in Finland, Christmas, New Year) €1200/week or €700/Fri–Sun
- Summer season (24 June–15 August 2024) €1100/week or €550/Fri–Sun
- Off-season €900/week or €480/Fri–Sun
The prices may vary e.g. during events in the nearby area. Please ask the owner about the prices.
Additional services

- A separate fee of €200 is charged for the key of the lakeshore sauna in May-October. The sauna is not in use in winter
